JANUARY 5th
After 6 months of exclusivity in cinemas in the Czech Republic with the distributor FILM EUROPE, MORTEM will release in SLOVAKIA with the same distributor, January 5th.
FEBRUARY 17th to 29th
MORTEM will be programed in New-York at the FILM SOCIETY OF LINCOLN CENTER for the event FILM COMMENT SELECT organize by Gavin Smith, editor of Film Comment magazine.
An exhibition of the film in the gallery CASA MEZCAL in New York: A journey of initiation into the death, based on photographs, dialogues and songs from the soundtrack of the film.

«La certitude absolue de ce film est rendue par l'habilité technique et la précision avec laquelle il est réalisé, cependant, inspiré par une expérience fascinante du cinéma, Eric Atlan est son propre directeur de la photographie, et les riches images en RED ONE cinémascope noir et blanc de «Mortem» lui donne un aspect somptueux qui se traduit, dans les plus profonds sentiments de manière grisante.
Sur le plan thématique, nous sommes ici fermement sur le territoire d'Ingmar Bergman qui se réfléchi peut-être également à travers l'objectif d'un David Lynch dans « Eraserhead ».
